Standard Delivery — Free

  • Free standard delivery is available on all eligible orders within India.
  • Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹79

Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable locations.

  • Additional COD charge: ₹79
  • COD availability depends on your PIN code and the product ordered.

COD is not available for:

  • Personalized jewelry
  • Products priced above ₹3,000
  • Any other products where COD has been specifically disabled

Personalized Products

Personalized products are custom-made specifically for you, and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

Therefore:

  • Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen logistical circumstances do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.
  • Since personalized products are made specifically for each customer, please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout, where applicable.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.
